Approach
In cooperation with Remark we formulated a new mission, vision and key values in a series of power workshops. In addition we inspired all employees in the areas of ownership and commitment.
Result
It’s important and essential that the total workforce has embraced the mission, vision and key values and has translated them to concrete behaviour for their own departments. This allows the key values and the concrete behaviour to come to life, which contributes to sustainable culture change.
