CASE Randstad




On the brink of a merger Randstad (Tempo Team Professionals at the time) wanted to offer its consultants a programme for personal development with the purpose of giving the company a commercial boost. By means of a competency assessment the consultants got an insight into which of their competencies (essential for  commercial success) were strongly developed and which ones were less developed. After this they followed a short, intensive coaching programme, in which we made a direct and practical translation from competencies to results.


The participants experienced an improvement in their personal result as well as growth in knowledge and expertise in the field of commerce. By use of the coaching process the commercial efforts have increased by 25%. This has directly resulted in a 15% turnover growth and a margin growth of 8% for the related period.
