Approach

We developed a tailored programme with KPMG for the audit practice, where partners and senior managers could optimise their competences, train new commercial skills, the team could develop itself and during which we mainly guaranteed quality in the long term. By using a personality questionnaire we discussed the areas the participant could and would like to develop. We worked on communication skills and consulting skills towards the customer individually, so everyone would be able to give further effect to the role of ‘trusted advisor’ at their own level. On top of that continuous attention was given to the development and effectiveness of the team, in relation to the implementation of the strategic plan. This to be able to achieve commercial goals.

Result

All participants share the opinion that the programme directly contributes to improvement of their commercial performance.
