CASE First
EXPANDING THE COMMERCIAL IMPACT TO ENABLE AN ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH FROM 130 TO 170 FTE.

Approach
We developed a multi-annual tailored programme in cooperation with First, in which partners, associate partners and senior managers optimise their skills, train new commercial skills and secure the quality in the long term. In addition, each participant formulates a concrete commercial goal, with which he/she is going to work under supervision of coaching.
Result
First consists of 210 employees. The ambitions have been adjusted in the mean time to grow to an organisation of between 300-400 consultants, at the same time always safeguarding quality over quantitative growth. All participants share the opinion that the programme directly contributes to improving their commercial performance.
