Approach

We measured the competences of all partners and lawyers and we assessed and discussed individual development possibilities. We translated development needs to a concrete development plan. We observed where the strengths and needs are in a team’s development path, so the team is ready to work together optimally. In addition we started with the development and implementation of a mission-vision-strategy.
