In discussion with Robert Quinn

Robert Quinn is considered to be the main authority in the area of change management across the world. At Allied Forces we put his model and philosophy -in our own way- in practice, to make an impact on people and business. Laurens and Anton have had a fascinating (online) discussion with Quinn recently. During this discussion all three of them were touched by their shared vision on culture and organisational change, where the main focus is on people and where people are allowed to ‘be’.
