Mariëlle Vrancken Peeters Loon
Mariëlle Vrancken Peeters has nearly 30 years of experience as a management consultant, coach, trainer and process consultant. She is open, honest, enthusiastic and direct and she gets a lot of energy from developing people, teams and organisations.
Mariëlle is able to create a safe environment, knows how to confront in a pleasant way and knows how to quickly identify the problem. Her focus is, besides the development of skills, reinforcing self-awareness and opening up and deepening of the mutual communication and cooperation. This way people and teams and the organisations they work for are activated and become more effective and more vital.
After her studies Occupational and Organisational Psychology and a Master in Business Administration she carried out various assignments in the field of human resources management and change management as management consultant for Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sinds 2003 she has worked as an independent coach, trainer and process counselor.
Mariëlle is married, lives in Rotterdam, has two daughters and a son and she pays a lot of attention to development. Physically by doing sports and hiking, and mentally by attending training courses. She has been working with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for years, she did an inspiration training at Itip and a training Systematic Counselling at the Bert Hellinger Institute.
