Cathalijne van Melle
Cathalijne van Melle has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, team development and leadership development. During a large part of these 20 years, she worked as a management consultant abroad, amongst others, for international HR-consultancies like Accenture, Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Cubiks and LTP. In 2015 she opted for self-employment and contributed to building Allied Forces Consultancy as partner.
During her studies (Business Administration and a Master in International HR Relations) Cathalijne soon discovered that her affinity strongly tended towards the human and organisational side. It’s her passion to help people and teams to discover their resilience and strength and to really use them. This helps them to make conscious choices and to be effective and happy both in their professional and personal lives. Her personal style is characterised by a combination of a sharp analytical insight, creative thinking and great empathy. She knows how to give individuals and teams new insights in a constructive confronting manner. At all times she carefully monitors the broader organisational context and integrates this in her coaching and advice.
Cathalijne attaches great value to her family and a healthy lifestyle, taking into account both body and mind. This also recurs in her coaching. She is a certified coach and regularly follows Master classes in the area of personality and team instruments (i.e. MBTI & Hogan) and related subjects.
