Approach

Vossius Consultancy has defined a clear position and a skill success profile for different level consultants, in line with the organisation’s strategic goals and based on feedback from the most important clients. We mapped out all the personal profiles and skills of all the consultants online. During a development meeting they got insight into expanding their efficacy and into which developments are feasible to be able to deliver an excellent performance. 

Result

We measure the consultants’ performance regularly with a 360 degrees feedback tool, related to the success profile. In addition the new Management Team has critically observed the mutual differences and the complementarity to be able to work together on enhancing the efficacy as MT.
