Approach

We measured the skills of the technical consultants, after which we developed a personal development plan with them. In terms of skills we paid attention to telephone-based acquisition and sales and we taught field staff a new discussion model, which will help them to get more results from their acquisition talks. All participants worked on their own case studies and they effectively reflected on practical experiences. This way we have an optimal impact on the business.

Result

All participants share the opinion that the programme directly contributes to the improvement of their commercial performance.
