We have carried out an organisational analysis with the maritime service provider Redwise, in order to get an exact image of the unused success potential. Redwise consists of a small office organisation and a large group of seconded and shipboard personnel. In a short amount of time we will create insight and give advice on which development possibilities there are to strengthen the organisation and its personnel. In addition we will support the HR/Crewing department with an interim manager.
