DEVELOPING THE TEAM INSURANCE CENTRAL NETHERLANDS INTO A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM, WHICH WILL ACHIEVE EFFECTIVE COOPERATION AND BUSINESS GOALS
In cooperation with Rabobank Amsterdam we have developed a tailored programme for the Team Daily Bank Affairs, which consists of B and A advisors. We started with extensive individual analyses and interviews, to create profound self-awareness. We have invested in the team by working with a lot of energy and creativity on coaching skills, safety and trust in each other and oneself.
Together we have adjusted the talents within the team optimally within a new knowledge management process. The team will learn to work with the new work method and will make concrete commitments to further shape and put into practice the initiated development. The managers were coached individually and jointly in personal and effective leadership. This has resulted in the team obtaining a concrete business mission for the customer, the bank and for each other.
We have developed a tailored programme for Rabobank’s Team Insurance Central Netherlands: We will start with an extensive team analysis and we will invest in the team by working on security and trust in each other and oneself. The team will learn to work in our High Performance fashion and will make concrete arrangements to further shape the development in practice.
