Approach

We filled in part of the Leadership Journey in cooperation with Peak4. The total programme lasted 12 months. The trainees had challenging experiential leadership challenges thrown at them, which they had to solve as a team. This way they got insight into the necessary leadership qualities to become a game changer. Connection occured between Rabobank’s mission and the chore values.

Result

All participants assessed the programme as excellent. Being active, have awareness and have time to reflect drastically enhances the learning effect. Research shows that experiential learning is one of the most effective ways of growth and development.
