Approach

We developed a tailored programme with Kempen for the Sales & Trading-team, which focused on individual, team and organisational level. We started with an extensive individual and team analysis. We invested in the team by teaching the High Performance method, which teaches the team to consequently apply ownership and commitment. We immediately applied this practically to actual business challenges and by drawing up and implementing a (commercial) action plan.
