Together with IME Medical Electrospinning we developed a multi-annual tailored programme. We paid attention to the individual development of competences and skills. The team developed itself into a High Performing Team, while we supported the team in solving concrete business challenges and coach it during the execution of them. In addition we were involved in reshaping the organisation and formulating the missions and vision.
