CASE Ministry of Defense




Despite the Coronavirus we have developed programmes with several divisions of the Ministry of Defense to take the culture and cooperation to the level of high performance. In order to do this we mapped out precisely what the specific success factors are to get the desired change and which steps the division would need to take.

The first step: connecting with each other in a valuable way and determining where the energy leaks take place. Then drawing up a complete and tailored programme which will achieve the optimal change effect efficiently and effectively.

We were able to draw up a road map together, to which everyone committed and in which everyone takes ownership. Next to ownership, vitality, mental resilience, creativity and trust are important themes. As soon as the first successes are achieved, we take the next steps towards a high performing culture.
