We have developed a tailored programme with BNP Paribas Personal Finance for the Executive Committee which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the  Personal Finance Organisation. The business model is subject to an important change process. New external partners are being added to the operation, which results in the operational department and the support department to have to adapt in a rapid pace and to scale up. It is important that the Executive Committee develops further as a team to process this change. We will start with an extensive individual analysis as well as a team analysis. We will invest in the team by working on security and trust in each other and in oneself. The team will learn to work with the High Performance method and will make concrete agreements to further shape the deployed development in practice.
