Approach

We developed a tailored programme in cooperation with Bilderberg, in which we guided sales directors, account managers and sales support team members to realise individual commercial goals. Key words: individual attention, quality assurance and executive force in the long run. 

Result

The participants marked the programme with an average of 9,1. All participants share the opinion that the programme directly contributes to the improvement of their commercial performance.
