Approach

We have jointly formulated a mission, vision and core values with AEC Skyline. After our organisational assessment we have accurately made transparent which specific success factors lead to more growth. Based on this analysis we have recommended to adjust the organisational structure, make it future-proof and to further develop the teams. Through interviews with all employees job descriptions have been drawn up consequently, in which the team members’ talents and support are optimally used. Then our interim-manager further developed the processes, the management team, the departments and the leadership. By using a strategy programme a business plan has been created for the coming years in which each employee knows exactly which strategic goals and which behaviour is expected from him/her that is appropriate to the new culture and further growth of AEC Skyline.
