Approach

With AEC Skyline we paid attention to formulating a new future-proof mission, vision and key values. We translated the key values to concrete behaviour. After interviewing all employees we gave recommendations about the structure of the organisation, while we laid the foundations for the growth ambition of AEC Skyline, but at the same time taking into account the support and talents of the employees. We described all positions and rolls in practical one-pagers. 

Result

The current and desired culture has been mapped out by means of an online questionnaire and our unique cultural research. Based on this a recommendation was given about where AEC Skyline needs to focus on to further strengthen the organisation and its employees.
