CASE Shimano
In cooperation with Shimano we have developed a tailored program for the European Fishing Team, which exists of a Marketing, Sales and Product Development department.
Approach
We will start with an extensive individual analysis as well as a team analysis. We will invest in the team by working on strengthening the trust in each other and oneself by creating an open and safe team atmosphere. The team learns how to work with the High Performance working method and develops concrete agreements to further shape the initiated development in practice. Result
We use the working method to develop the annual plan, to commit all team members to this to let them take ownership for the underlying goals, actions and tasks.
