Who we are
Allied Forces creates a marine culture within companies: winning is the goal and losing is no option. To dare to push your limits is essential for continuity and growth. Making mistakes is an important part of that. Because fear stimulates risk aversion and hinders innovation.
We believe that diversity and insight in each other’s talents are essential for every team, so also for us. Therefore half of our people has a background in the private sector and the other half has a background at the Ministry of Defence. We are always open to reinforcing our team. Also with young people with a different perspective.
Next to this diversity we all have one thing in common: We believe people are the most valuable capital within companies. Once people are put in the first place and safety and trust prevail, impossible results become possible. Leaders are effective, show exemplary behaviour and provide space for their teams.
